Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026 landscape
- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service blueprints
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Oversee implementation of innovation incubators for 2026-ready solutions
- Measure impact of strategic initiatives using KPIs like market disruption index
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., ICF, CPSI) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
