- Monitor emerging technologies through Horizon's proprietary foresight platform
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published futurist research or thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, S-Curves)
