Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget and resource allocation
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech initiatives to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and budget management for large-scale projects
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
