Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI Systems with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on sustainable technology
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in federal research grants
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Experience with ISO 20600 ethical AI certification frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
