Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives on AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Design scalable frameworks for decentralized systems and Web3 infrastructure
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to integrate future-proof architecture into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technological disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on innovation velocity and market adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
