Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in advanced AI development
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature Quantum)
- Experience leading international teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
