Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term AI vision and strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and deployment of advanced AI models and autonomous agents.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to drive competitive advantage and product innovation.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model transparency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
