- Research & Development: Experiment with emerging architectures (e.g., Mamba, State Space Models) to stay ahead of the industry curve.
- System Reliability: Implement rigorous testing and monitoring protocols to guarantee 99.99% uptime for critical AI services.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow; hands-on experience with Hugging Face and LangChain.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with creative engineering solutions.
