- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies

- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Document data processes and maintain metadata repositories
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with timely, accurate insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
