Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and maintain automated testing standards
- Research emerging cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) for adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
