Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for weekend reporting cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Monitor data quality and implement automated validation processes for weekend data pipelines
- Present weekend analysis findings to stakeholders during Monday morning strategic sessions
- Develop and maintain automated reporting scripts to streamline weekend data workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for translating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets in healthcare or financial services preferred
