Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Lead disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity incident response
- Document SOPs and conduct IT training for staff
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex system issues
- Optimize IT asset lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
