Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Support cloud services (O365, Azure) and mobile devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Implement IT security protocols and compliance measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and network troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, O365, and endpoint security
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ITIL processes and service desk tools
