Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity measures including endpoint protection systems
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Mentor junior IT staff on troubleshooting best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Certification in cybersecurity (Security+, CEH) preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
