Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (antivirus, firewalls)
- Document all IT procedures, incidents, and solutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support office infrastructure including printers, AV systems, and conference rooms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, RMM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
