Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for 500+ end-users
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise software
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 environments with precision
- Troubleshoot complex network issues including VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems
- Execute endpoint security protocols including patch management and antivirus solutions
- Document all IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and deployment
- Active CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, O365, and endpoint management tools
- Experience with Service Desk platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (required)
- CompTIA Security+ certification (highly preferred)
