  • Troubleshoot complex network issues including VPN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems
  • Execute endpoint security protocols including patch management and antivirus solutions
  • Document all IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation and compliance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and deployment
  • Active CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD, O365, and endpoint management tools
