Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing/deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Optimize system performance and security posture using industry best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems at scale
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
