Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Extract data from various sources using SQL and Python, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Visualization: Build interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that drive actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data into business strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection processes and recommend automated solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and BI tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to manipulate large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) is a plus.
