Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Dashboarding: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and support data warehousing needs.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations, translating complex data findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve critical business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in data collection, storage, and analysis methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data discrepancies.
- Agile Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
