Responsibilities
- Lead incident response for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Implement and maintain SIEM/SOAR systems (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for threats
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Document security procedures and create executive reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity operations
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required
- Expertise in threat detection and incident response
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, and IDS/IPS
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
