Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage help desk tickets via ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Administer Azure AD, Office 365, and cloud-based applications
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud services
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
