Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Automate workflows using scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and DevOps tools
- Provide Tier 3 support and document system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
