Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and debug high-performance software applications for our 24/7 platform.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics during off-peak hours to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to implement new features and refactor existing codebases.
- Ensure all code meets strict security and compliance standards before deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Document technical architecture and operational procedures for the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
