Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and optimize code for speed and efficiency to improve user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including unit testing, integration testing, and deployment to production environments.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Frontend/Backend: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or similar full-stack technologies.
- Cloud & Database: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
