Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain code quality.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and career growth opportunities.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend and/or backend systems.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
