Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with minimal downtime.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and perform system patches and updates.
- Maintain and upgrade network hardware, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Document system configurations, technical procedures, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM).
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification is required.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
