Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user account security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues with high urgency.
- Execute regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and patches.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA) are a plus.
