Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based server environments (Linux and Windows Server).
- Oversee network architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues for internal stakeholders.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to safeguard organizational data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization (VMware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is highly preferred.
