Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols and automated data backup solutions.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex network and hardware issues.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system maintenance and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
