Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain multi-platform server environments (Linux/Windows) in hybrid cloud architecture
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and compliance audits
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning, load balancing, and automation scripting
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and resolve complex infrastructure issues within SLA targets
- Document system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with proven cloud migration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS/Azure Certified) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotations
