Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Windows/Linux server environments in hybrid cloud ecosystems
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-level network protocols
- Implement and maintain robust backup/recovery solutions with RPO/RTO compliance
- Lead system hardening and vulnerability management initiatives
- Optimize system performance through monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
- Document infrastructure configurations and create disaster recovery playbooks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure services (EC2, S3, AD DS, VNet)
- Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, load balancers)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
- Strong background in security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with proven incident resolution track record
