Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure services
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN systems
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Execute disaster recovery and backup procedures
- Document network configurations and troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/RedHat
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and automation scripting
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Security clearance preferred
