Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure project momentum.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and security.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and help mentor junior developers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in at least one primary language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances or background checks as required by the role.
