Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Development Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and QA Engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them to improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
