Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and ensuring system reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure the delivery of robust, bug-free software products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, along with experience in React, Node.js, or Angular.
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
