In this role, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and develop innovative architectural solutions to resolve them.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with strong knowledge of React or Angular for frontend development.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward technical debt.
