Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
