Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and influence architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C#).
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
