Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java, Go, and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS ECS and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Drive DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code
- Optimize system performance and resolve production incidents
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in at least two backend languages (Java/Python/Go)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
