The Role:
We are seeking a visionary engineer to lead the development of low-latency, high-bandwidth neural bridging protocols. You will be responsible for optimizing data transmission between neural sensors and cloud-based AI inference engines, ensuring real-time feedback loops that feel indistinguishable from natural thought.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance C++ and Python libraries for real-time neural signal processing and decoding.
- Optimize data pipelines to reduce latency in synaptic transmission, targeting sub-millisecond response times.
- Collaborate with the hardware team to refine firmware for next-generation neural sensors.
- Develop robust error correction algorithms to ensure data integrity in high-noise environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing of latency and throughput under various cognitive loads.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in low-level systems programming (C++, Rust, or Assembly).
- Proven experience with real-time data processing, embedded systems, or BCI technology.
- Strong understanding of machine learning models and their deployment on edge devices.
- Experience with Linux kernel development or real-time operating systems (RTOS).
