Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and network security
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software assets including VoIP systems and mobile devices
- Document SOPs, create knowledge base articles, and conduct IT training sessions
- Lead incident response for critical outages and coordinate vendor communications
- Monitor system health via tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Support hybrid work environments with VPN/VDI solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with 2+ years in hybrid environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise backup solutions
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL processes
- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work occasional off-hours for system maintenance
