As the first point of contact for our employees' technical needs, you will play a critical role in ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory, Office 365, and internal ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Hardware Lifecycle: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, firewall configurations, and VPN access problems.
- User Training: Conduct regular training sessions on cybersecurity best practices and new software rollouts.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification required; Microsoft 365 Certified preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Tools: Experience with remote support tools (e.g., LogMeIn, TeamViewer) and help desk software.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
