Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain Active Directory, Office 365, and internal ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
  • Hardware Lifecycle: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
