Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, networking hardware, and cloud services
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise-level software and security protocols
- Document IT infrastructure and create comprehensive incident response reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and security
- Train end-users on best practices for data protection and software usage
- Monitor network health using tools like SolarWinds and ManageEngine
- Lead hardware refresh projects and vendor management activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN implementations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with ITIL processes and service desk management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional off-site support
