Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 environments with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead hardware/software deployments, migrations, and security patch management
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and vendor management
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
