Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, O365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Implement security protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Document SOPs and maintain knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/macOS expertise
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Advanced knowledge of cloud services and virtualization
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
