Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, O365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and system migrations
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide escalation support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and enterprise networking
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/O365)
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira) and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
