Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux environments and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Train end-users on technology best practices and security protocols
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services

- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
