Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, Intune)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network troubleshooting (VPN, routers, switches)
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Lead IT projects including hardware refresh cycles and software migrations
- Mentor junior technicians and provide onboarding support for new hires
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Intune deployment
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to communicate technical concepts
- Experience with ITIL framework and service desk operations
