Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead cross-departmental IT projects with minimal supervision
- Maintain SLA compliance for ticket resolution (95% first-call rate target)
- Document SOPs and train junior technicians on emerging technologies
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize network performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/macOS expertise
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS)
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level user training
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
