Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and resolve complex IT incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device environments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Lead hardware/software lifecycle management and procurement
- Train employees on IT security best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Experience with SCCM, VMware, and cloud service integration
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex network and application issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
